The purpose of the Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is to make recommendations to the MPO Board on bicycle and pedestrian facilities, including their planning and completion. BPAC meetings are generally held at 2 p.m. on the third Thursdays of March, June, September, and November.
